Visitors

Osborne’s KS3 and KS4 students enjoyed a busy and enriching week of learning, beginning with a visit from the Hampshire & Isle of Wight Fire & Rescue Service, who delivered an engaging session on fire safety in and around the home. Students asked thoughtful questions during the lively Q&A, and the fire safety videos proved especially popular, helping everyone understand real-life risks and how to stay safe. Later in the week, Southern Water joined us to help prepare students for next week’s trip to the Portsmouth Water Treatment Farm, guiding them through an interactive quiz on water treatment and sustainability while giving them the chance to try on the PPE they’ll be wearing during the visit. Both sessions were highly engaging, informative, and hands-on, and we extend our thanks to both organisations for taking the time to support, educate, and inspire our students.
